Custom Orders & Proofs

Because every order is created specifically for you, design and personalization details should be finalized before production begins. If a proof is included with your order, production will begin after the proof has been approved.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL. Due to the personalized nature of these products, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted.

Shipping & Damage

JD2 Creative Studio is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit after your order has been shipped.

Orders are shipped with applicable shipping insurance. If your items arrive damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for the damage. We will provide any information or assistance we can to help you with the process.
